These Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Messaging Terms") apply to the Keyheart SMS/text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Keyheart, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, forms, or by texting a keyword to our number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from Keyheart. These messages may include:

Responses to your property inquiry or cash offer request
Follow-up communications regarding your property or transaction
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Promotional offers and service updates

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Keyheart. You may opt in or opt out at any time.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your interaction with Keyheart. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though frequency may increase during active property transactions or time-sensitive communications. Recurring messages will continue until you opt out.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

    To stop receiving text messages from Keyheart at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from Keyheart unless you opt in again.

Keyheart is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan and applicable rates.

6. Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is supported on most major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy and Protection of Phone Numbers

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your phone number and opt-in data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically regarding our messaging program:

We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your phone number will only be used for the purposes described in these Messaging Terms.

Keyheart, its affiliates, and any wireless carriers involved in the messaging program are not liable for any delays, failures to deliver, or errors in the content of any SMS/MMS messages. Text messaging services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued participation in our messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
